Terms of Service

Will Do:

  • OCs/Sonas/Self-Inserts/ETC.

  • (flat faced) Anthro, Non-Human, Robotic, etc.

  • Fandom/Bandom artwork

  • Shipping of any kind (selfships, crosships, crackships, etc.)

  • Artistic nudity

  • Gore/Body horror/Creepy imagry

  • Light drug use (e.g. cigarettes, drinking, weed, etc.)

  • Anything I'm comfortable doing!

Wont Do:

  • Feral

  • Mecha/Armor

  • Extremely complicated designs/backgrounds

  • Pornographic, suggestive, or fetish art of any kind

  • Pro/Darkshipping

  • Hateful or bigoted art

  • AI designs

  • No reference

  • Extreme drug use/illegal activities

  • Anything that goes against my morals. If you think I wont be able to do it, feel free to ask!

General TOS

  • I reserve the right to decline commisions for any reason. If I am in the process still and deny the comission further, you will get your money back in full.

  • You may NOT claim my art as your own

  • You may NOT use my art for commerical use.

  • You may NOT use my art for NFTs, to feed AI, or anything else of the sort.

  • If you repost my art/use it as an icon/etc/, credit me, I am @cyberniix on everything.

  • I reserve the right to post watermarked commissions publicly unless an agreement is made before hand.

  • Slight edits (hue shifts, small edits, etc.) are alright, but extreme changes to the art are NOT.

  • If there is a minor problem with the piece after I have finished it, I will edit it free of charge. Larger changes/overhauls will be charged, cost will very based on the change.

Payment TOS

  • I ONLY take CashApp + USD. If I know you in real life, I will take cash as well.

  • You must pay 100% upfront before I begin. Payment plans may be accepted on rare occasion

  • If you reqest a refund while I am in the process of drawing, I will deduct whatever% equal to the progress done.

  • Discounts are given occasionally to repeated clients/close friends.

Other TOS

  • I require a picture reference over words. If you have a reference with restrictions (such as rushed doodles, Roblox, or Picrew), small changes explained through text is alright.

  • I prefer communication through discord, but any of my socials listed will do just fine.

  • I will update you periodically, but feel free to request at any time! I try to at least one a day.

  • I will do up to 3-4 characters per commission. Additional characters cost upwards of 5$ USD depending on the commission.

  • Please do not rush me! I tend to get burnt out easily, and am a student. On average, commissions may take anywhere from a week to a month.

  • I am unavailable from 7am-3pm CST on week days. If I am unexpectedly busy, I will inform you.
